The book examines various rheological aspects of the different etiology  stress. Hemorrhagic shock occurring at blood loss appears to be a powerful stress for the organism. The origin (emergence) and spread of stress reactions are characterized by the features of the macro-and microcirculation. In stressful situations the crisis of blood circulation affects the functions of hemorheological disorders, as well as appears to be a consequence of the shock. We were the first to combine these two problems.  

There is a maximum possible rate of adaptive energy consumption and at this maximum the organism cannot cope with any additional stimulus. At the same time adaptive and stress diseases develop. Let’s consider the duration and manifestation of Raynaud's disease from the perspective of adaptation diseases and diseases of the third grade, which appears to be the cause of the double stress effect — cold and emotional- physical and psychic.

Sleep apnea is a independent pathology and a powerful stress for the organism. Apnea is a cause of stress and strengthens the body under stress. We propose a new marker for apnea: platelet composes.

Our data in this book have practical significance for biomedicine.

The major link ofpathogeny ofdevelopment ofthe age-related changes is violation ofmicrocirculation and hemorheology. Practically healthy subjects that were subdivided into age-related groups took part in population researches. The 1st group from 35 to 45 (middle age 40.07+4.5, n=15), 2th group from 48 to 55 (middle age 70.6+5.0, n=15). Protocol o f realization o f researches corresponded to Helsinski declaration [2]. All the investigated hemorheology studies: went through the investigated were examined to hemorheologic status o f blood. The o f arespondence o f red corpuscles settled accounts through the apparatus o f texture analysis (Tas- plus, Leitz). In thefirst group the index ofarespondence on “Georgian technique”was equal to 23+4.7%, in the second group to 31+3.3%, in the third group to 34+2.2%, in a fourth group to 36+2.7%. The statistical processing of data showed that in the different age-related groups hemorheologic status differed. был равен 23±4,7%, во второй группе – 31±3,3%, в третьей группе – 34±2,2%, в четвертой группе – 36±2.7%. Violation o f rheological status increased with the increase o f middle age o f subjects, more precisely arespondence of red corpuscles increased as far as growth of middle age in groups age in groups and for certain differedfrom control values. That work showed how much rheological changes are risk-factor of such diseases thatfluctuate with age.

The emergence and spread of stress reactions are provided by the blood circulation system. In its turn, the adequacy of blood circulation depends on the hemorheological and vascular mechanisms. The changeability of their properties appears to be the basis of the increasing of stress stages. From the viewpoint of biophysical reactions, any change and movement occur with the expenditure and accumulation of energy.
