BIOMED2026

‘BIOMED2026 – International Multidisciplinary School-Conference in Biomedicine will take place from May 31 to June 2, 2026, in Shekvetili, Georgia, bringing together leading scientists, clinicians, and young researchers within a unified scientific platform strongly driven by rheology as a fundamental discipline underlying modern biomedical science; the conference is primarily organized by the Society of Rheologists, which plays a central role in shaping the scientific agenda with a particular focus on advancing fundamental and applied rheology, hemorheology, and microcirculation research as key determinants of pathophysiological processes and clinical outcomes; the event is co-hosted by the Rheology and Diagnostic-Analytical Services Laboratory of the Ivane Beritashvili Center of Experimental Biomedicine and aims to integrate innovative scientific ideas, strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration, and promote rheology as a core methodological and conceptual framework in biomedicine; the conference will cover актуal biomedical challenges, cutting-edge rheological approaches, and their applications in medicine, while also addressing medical education, healthcare development, and ethical and legal aspects of research; special emphasis is placed on young investigators,

Happy New Year!

The Head of the Rheology and Diagnostic-Analytical Services Laboratory of the Ivane Beritashvili Center of Experimental Biomedicine, Maka Mantskava, together with the laboratory staff, warmly поздравulates you on the arrival of the year 2026.
May the New Year become a beginning of new ideas, innovative research, successful projects, and significant professional achievements. We wish you good health, creative energy, the successful realization of your goals, and fruitful collaboration.

RHEO-BIO-MED-2025: International Conference

stands as the flagship research conference organized by Curtin University Dubai https://curtindubai.ac.ae

This prestigious multi-disciplinary conference is dedicated to advancing applied, specialized, and interdisciplinary fields. It offers a unique platform for participants to engage with leading researchers and professionals, exploring collective approaches to shaping the future through innovation, sustainability, and scientific excellence. Following the resounding success of our inaugural conference, ICISAS 2025 is poised to draw an even larger and more diverse group of experts from around the globe.

Fundamental and clinical microcirculation and hemorheology

European Society for Microcirculation (ESM), the Local Organizing Committee and Program Committee, welcome members to the Biennial Meeting of the European Society for Microcirculation (ESM 2025), to be held in Szeged, Hungary between
May 19-22, 2025. The venue of the meeting will be the József Attila Study and Information Centre of the University of Szeged. The conference is a regular international meeting of the ESM scientific society, which has been held more than 30 times since 1959 in various European cities. On this occasion, the Hungarian Society for Microcirculation and Vascular Biology (MMVBT) is proud to host ESM 2025! In addition, the organization of the conference will be shared with the Hungarian, Croatian and Slovenian Physiological Societies to showcase research in microvascular physiology in the region.
Georgian presents special session "Fundamental and clinical microcirculation and hemorheology" at the conference, where Prof. Maka Mantskava is a chair and Prof. Nana Momtselidze is co-chair, head of departments of Society of Rheologists Maia Mantskava and Ekaterine Labadze are speakers of conference

European Society of Rheology (ESR)

The European Society of Rheology is open for everyone interested in rheology in all countries of Europe. Rheology is defined as the science of the deformation and flow of matter which means that rheology in some form enters almost every study of material properties. The ESR involves rheologists engaged in both industrial and academic research and development and is therefore a common meeting ground for engineers, physicists, chemists and biologists with a common interest in rheology official website
