Introduction.The major link of pathogeny of development of the vassels age-related changes is violation of microcirculation and hemorheology, which are the basis of physiological aging and changing under the influence of diseases. Practically healthy subjects that were subdivided into age-related groups took part in population researches. Methods.The 1st group: middle age – 40±4,5, n=15, 2 th group: middle age 70±5, n=15). We studied other groups of patients with the same age, but with hypertensive disease with age 5 years and 15 years: 3th group:middle age – 40±4,5, diasease age 5 years; 4th group:middle age – 40±4,5, diasease age 15 years; 5th group:middle age – 70±4,5, diasease age 5 years; 6th group:middle age – 70±4,5, diasease age 15 years.

Protocol of realization of researches corresponded to Helsinki declaration. We investigated rheological blood status with method measurement RBC agregation and resistense index wtih Mantskava' method in all patients. Results. We investigated hemorheology status and resistive index for stady of functional state of resistive arteries. It was found that the resistance index and hemorheology are vary parallel and depending on the age disease and subjects of age.Conclusions.Violation of rheological status increased with the increase of middle age of subjects, more precisely are spondence of red corpuscles increased as far as growth of middle age in groups age in groups and for certain differed from control values. That work showed how much vascular aging are risk-factor of such diseases that fluctuate with age.
