The aim of the present study is comparison of changes of hemorheological functional condition responsible for blood flow disorders in the microcirculation in physiology pregnancy, pregnancy women with preeclampsia and control group.

The aim of our work was a red blood cell deformation (rheological rheological ) at rheological degrees of severity of experimental hemorrhagic shock. The study of erythrocyte deformability violation and a compulsory monitoring of this physical value deserve more attention of fundamental and applied sciences. The modeling of hemorrhagic shock of different stages was performed in the group of anesthetized animals by means of standard blood discharge from the femoral artery (2,5 ml – first stage of shock; 5 ml – second stage of shock; 5ml – third stage of shock, n=12).[/su_animate]

Blood is not a homogeneous (Newtonian) liquid and it is a suspension having suspended particles, it has exceptional features and it is studied by hemorheology. Blood hemorheology plays a significant role in blood circulation and ensuring its trophic function. Changes in rheological properties of blood may cause a slowdown in the flow, establishment of stasis, therefore tissue hypoxia, which is accompanied by a multi-disease and vice versa, the particular structure of blood depends on a local hematocrit, axial flow of erythrocytes and the existence of plasma layer, blood flow structure changes leads to a disorders of its rheological properties.[/su_animate]

        Thus, in patients with parodontitis blood rheology.biz and coagulation changes are present while there is endothelium dysfunction and this is a very significant problem. It does not still cause the degradation of body continuity although they are involved in risk groups of cardiovascular problems. Research measures of rheological parameters are not largely implemented in dental clinics of Georgia as well as pharmacokinetic and therapeutic effects of  grapeseed oil are not studied enough.

With the present work we tried to show how significant is the assessment of blood rheology.biz in parodontitis, since rheological changes on one side play a very important role in the development of parodontitis and on the other side parodontitis causes abnormality of rheological characteristics and the use of grapeseed oil we considered as a way out of this vicious circle, as we showed in our previous article. Future research in this direction is really important in order to improve treatment tactics of parodontitis. It has propaedeutic as well as economic benefit.
