Ist  International Conference of rheology.biz in Georgia, Kutaisi (organizer Maya Mantskava, Akaki Tsereteli  State University,I. Beritashvili Experimental Biomedicine Center) was devoted to topical issues of rheology.biz.
Conferences were presented at plenary and section reports. The latest techniques, data analysis, and conclusions were discussed. The crossdisciplary approach to the conference of rheology.biz identified new concepts and management, which have been proven in many roundtable discussions. The conference was attended by Georgian and foreign researchers of different fields (physicians, psychologists, physicists, chemists, and others.) At the conference, it was decided to convene a regular International Conference of rheology.biz.

For the first time in Georgia,Tbilisi under the leadership of Maya Mantskava, an international seasonal school washeldinfieldsofrheologyandmicrocirculation. The format of the event involved the learning process of rheology.biz, sightseeing lectures, laboratory training for young doctors, researchers, graduate students,
and undergraduate students. The School was attended by special guests from the United States, Kazakhstan, Russia, Poland and Bulgaria. The students learned about methods of biostatistics, rules of research planning,
creation of protocols and questionnaires, and took tests. The Holiday International School of rheology.biz and Microcirculation was supported by the Ministry of Education and Science (National Science Foundation of Shota Rustaveli).

2nd International Conference of Evidence-Based Medicine (Erevan, Armenia) was devoted to clinical epidemiology and evidence-based medicine. Reports of the conference concerned methods for developing clinical guidelines. Public discussions about issues arising from implementation of evidence-based medicine is very significant for the purpose of international cooperation in mentioned problems. The conference was attended by known experts in the field of clinical epidemiology and evidence-based medicine from different countries (Russia, U.K., Ukraine, Georgia, Schwitzerland, Bahrein). Maya Mantskava as a member of the conference organizing committee, made a great contribution in the drafting of plans for the introduction of rheological studies to monitor certain prevention events.
