Research of different clinical parameters of different systems of the body in gastric cancer is very needed because gastric cancer is one of the most terrible diseases cancers of the modern world. The aim of our work was to study the rheological properties of blood in gastric cancer, along with the electrophysical properties of blood and iron metabolism in patients with gastric cancer. The research methods were modern and original. The study included patients with stomach
cancer and a control group of healthy volunteers. The average age in the studied groups corresponded to each other. All patients were included in the study according to an informed agreement. In patients with gastric cancer before surgery, the content of iron and hemoglobin was reduced, transferrin and ferritin remained within normal limits. On the 7th day after the operation, ferritin increased twice, hemoglobin was close to control values.

It is crucial to conduct research on clinical parameters of different body systems in gastric
cancer as it is one of the most serious diseases in the modern world. The aim of our work was to study the rheological properties of blood in gastric cancer, along with the electrophysical properties of blood and iron metabolism in patients with gastric cancer. The research methods were modern and innovative. The study included patients with stomach cancer and a control group of healthy volunteers. The average age in the studied groups was similar. In all cases participants’ informed consent was obtained. In patients with gastric cancer before surgery the iron and hemoglobin levels were low, transferrin and ferritin remained within normal limits.

Biomechanics and kinesiology(ISBN 978-9941-503-02-3), 2022

You can find book on Google Books

The book on biomechanics written by Professor Maka Mantskava, Professor Tamar Sanikidze, and Professor Nikoloz Gotsiridze. This book seems to offer a comprehensive exploration of biomechanics and kinesiology, covering various aspects related to cells, tissues, organs, and systems. The book is divided into two sections, Biomechanics I and Biomechanics II, and is designed for a course that spans 100 or more hours.

The authors have incorporated 180 illustrations to aid in understanding the concepts and functional relationships depicted by formulas. Additionally, the book includes laboratory work descriptions in an appendix, outlining their implementation sequence. Self-evaluation discussion questions are provided to help readers gauge their understanding of the material.

The book’s focus on combining theory and practical approaches, fostering multidisciplinary thinking, and catering to a wide range of medical education levels suggests that it serves as a valuable resource for medical students, researchers, and professionals in the medical and healthcare fields. The intention is to support both theoretical and practical learning, making it suitable for individuals with varying levels of interest and expertise in biomechanics.

Efficiency of rheological blood status diagnostic determination durind pregnancy

A new article in International peer-reviewed journal «SCI-ARTICLES», №54, 2016 , p. 15-20

Mantskava M., Momtselidze H., Urdulashvili V., Lomitashvili H.

According to our research the index of RBC deformability is the most sensitive, informative for estimating blood rheology in gestosis. Deformability of the erythrocyte membrane determines the blood hemorheological status and evaluates the stage of preeclampsia.

Key words: preeclampsia; blood rheologycal status.

INFLUENCE OF ADAPTATION resources on blood rheology during emotional stress

133A new article in International Journal «Novation» , 2016, N2, pp. 105-109

Mantskava M., Momtselidze N.

The emergence and spread of stress reactions to provide adequate blood flow, which in turn depends on hemorheological and coagulation mechanisms and with them coherent phenomena. The article describes the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the adaptation of the resource by changing blood rheology parameters. We have proposed a method of investigation of blood flow by measuring the aggregated red blood cells. We examined aggregated indicator in patients who are prescribed operation on the day of the primary treatment for vascular surgery, as well as the day before the initial examination. It was found that the therapeutic examination (the previous day), and the appointment of the operation of blood hemorheological status changed dramatically. When therapeutically inspection RT = 34,0 ± 2,7; preoperative RT = 42,2 ± 4,5. The norm for this age is considered RT = 22,5 ± 3,7. Consequently, the patient undergoes stress, not only related to the disease and the upcoming surgery, with anesthesia, but also with the emotional mood.

Key words: stress; blood hemorheology; erythrocyte aggregation; blood rheology status

The need to implement rheological measurements during pregnancy

Pregnant woman and childLomitashvili N., Mantskava M., Urdudashvili N., Urdulashvili T., Mchedlishvili T., Momtselidze N.

Preeclampsia, a complication of being a normal pregnancy is high rates of maternal and perinatal mortality. Research work aimed at studying the etiology of preeclampsia oand the introduction of hemorheological tests in applied medicine . This researche has a social and public importance from the standpoint of the theories and methods of different scientific disciplines. The aim of our study was to evaluate the blood rheology in gestosis mild form. According to our research the index of the deformability of red blood cells is the most sensitive, and therefore informative for the evaluation of blood rheology, in gestosis.

Key words: Preeclampsia, blood rheology, RBC deformability.

Rheological, vascular and hemodynamic parameters during heart failure in patients with coronary artery disease

131Mantskava M., Urdulashvili T., Narsia T., Mchedlishvili T., Мomcelbdze N.

The aim of our study was to find out the linkages between the rheological blood status, vascular changes and intracardiac hemodynamics in heart failure patients with ischemic heart disease. This requires a comprehensive assessment of the mechanisms of regulation of vascular disorders at the level of the microvasculature and myocardial hemodynamics. Interpretation of our data to better understand the pathogenesis of heart failure, as well as to recommend a list of tests, methods that have been reviewed in an article for evaluation of the clinical status of patients.

Key words: heart failure, cardiac output, blood rheology, resistive artery.

Blood Hemorheology and Accompanying Surgical Intervention Emotional Stress

130M.M. Mantskava, N.G. Mоmtselidze

The emergence and spread of stress reactions to provide adequate circulation. This depends on hemorheological and coagulation mechanisms and phenomena. The article describes the qualitative and quantitative date abaut the change adaptation energy of the resource by changing blood rheology parameters during related operational intervention emotional stress. We measure the RBC aggregation (blood rheological status) in patients who are scheduled for surgery on the day primary treatment for vascular surgeon and the day before theinitial examination. RBC aggregation index (EAI) was evaluated with the recently developed “Georgian technique” providing us with direct and quantitative data. It was found thatthe therapeuticexamination(previous day)

andthe appointment ofthe operationbloodrheological status changes abruptly. In therapeutic examination EAI=34,0 ± 2,7; preoperative EAI=42,2 ± 4,5. Control for this age: EAI = 22,5±3,7. Therefore, the patient undergoes stress, is not only associated with the disease and the upcoming surgery, with anesthesia, but also with the emotional mood.

Key words: stress, bloodhemorheology, erythrocyte aggregation, bloodrheologystatus
